Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, vintage clocks and watches have a 6 month warranty that they will run and keep time accurately.
Please note that this is only in case where abuse is not evident. In other words, your clock didn't fall off the wall or a non-water resistant watch was taken for a dip in the pool. If you have any questions with regards to our warranty, call us at (561) 641-8162 or email service@arlexclocks.com.
Shipping
Shipping rates listed on our website are for Domestic United States only.
Please note that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
If international shipping is required, please contact us prior to placing an order in order to obtain an estimated shipping quote.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Most products ship within 3 business days. Especially with watches where we first double-check that it's running fine before shipment.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns
Arlex Jewelry, Watches & Clocks handles all returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions with regarding a purchase, call us at (561) 876-7030 or email service@arlexclocks.com.
Jewelry & Clocks
If you are not satisfied with a jewelry or clock purchase, you may return it within 14 days upon delivery. We will refund your payment, excluding shipping charges, upon receipt of the product in our store. To initiate a return, please contact us within a specified timeframe from the date of watch receipt.
Fine Watches
Upon delivery, you have a 3 day to inspect the item and decide whether to proceed with a return. We will initiate a refund, excluding shipping charges, upon receiving the returned watch in our store. The watch must be in its original condition as shipped by Arlex Jewelry, Watches & Clocks. To initiate a return, please contact us within a specified timeframe from the date of watch receipt.
Fees
Domestic Returns
All domestic orders over $300 will incur a flat rate Shipping Fee of $80 to be deducted from the refund amount.
All domestic orders under $300 will incur a flat rate Shipping Fee of $35 to be deducted from the refund amount.
International Returns
A flat rate Shipping Fee of $250 will be deducted from the refund amount.
